support@nattbi.comFrequently asked questions
Does Natt hold my money?
No. Natt is not a financial institution and holds no funds. Contributions are paid between you (mobile money, bank transfer, cash…) and the manager records them in the app.
What happens if a member doesn't pay?
The manager sees who hasn't contributed yet and can follow up. Natt never decides for you: your group's rules stay yours.
How is the order of turns decided?
When creating the tontine, the manager chooses: a draw each round, manual choice, or an order fixed from the start. This cannot change once the tontine has started.
Can I join several tontines?
Yes, as many as you like. Each tontine has its own tracking.
Which currencies?
CFA franc (XOF), euro and US dollar.
Is the app available on Android and iPhone?
Yes, Natt is available on the App Store and on Google Play.
Can I change the language or theme?
Natt follows your phone's settings: language (French or English) and light or dark mode.
I didn't receive the SMS code
Check the country code and wait a minute before requesting a new code. If it persists, email us with your number.
Delete your account
You can delete your Natt account at any time. Here is what happens and how to do it.
- 1
From the app
Open Profile, then “Delete my account” and confirm. Your name, phone number, preferences and registered devices are erased immediately.
- 2
Without the app
Email support@nattbi.com with the subject “Account deletion” and the phone number on the account. We verify the request comes from you (a reply from that number or a code sent by SMS), then delete the account within 30 days.
- 3
If you belong to a running tontine
Deletion is blocked in the app to protect the other members. Email us: we work out with the manager how to remove you from the tontine, then delete the account.
What is kept: contributions already recorded stay visible to the other members of the tontine, under the name “Deleted member”, without your name or number. A technical identifier is kept to prevent the account from being recreated by accident. If someone invited you using your number, that number can also be erased on request.
