Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Natt mobile app and the website www.nattbi.com, published by Nattbi, a SARL registered under number [NINEA], with its registered office at [adresse du siège], Sénégal (“we”). By creating an account, you accept them.

2. Who can use Natt

You must be at least 18 and have a mobile phone number you can verify by SMS. One account per person.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out from your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

You can delete your account at any time from the app or by email (see the help page). Deletion is blocked while you belong to a running tontine, to protect the other members.

4. What Natt does, and does not do

Natt is a shared record-keeping tool for tontines: it records the contributions declared by the manager, computes the rotation and informs members.

Natt is not a financial institution, a payment service or an intermediary. Natt does not receive, hold, transfer or guarantee any funds. Contributions and payouts happen between members, outside the app, by the means they choose.

Amounts shown in Natt reflect the entries made by the manager. They are neither proof of payment nor a commitment on our part.

5. The manager

The person who creates a tontine is its manager. They set the rules (amounts, frequency, how turns are assigned), invite members, record contributions received, assign turns, and close or cancel the tontine.

The manager undertakes to record contributions in good faith, to invite only people who have agreed to take part, and to follow the rules agreed with the group.

6. Members

By accepting an invitation, you commit to the other members under the tontine's rules. Natt is not a party to that commitment.

You can leave a tontine as long as it has not started. Once running, leaving is a matter for the group's rules and the manager.

7. Disputes between members

Tontines rely on trust between their members. Disagreements about a contribution, a turn or an amount are settled between the members and the manager. Natt provides the recorded history but does not arbitrate disputes and cannot be held liable for a member's failure to pay.

8. Rules of use

You may not use Natt for any illegal activity, to mislead other members, to invite people without their agreement, to collect other users' data, or to disrupt the service (unauthorised access, overload, bypassing protections).

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, after informing you where possible.

9. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. By inviting someone, you confirm you have their agreement to share their name and number with us.

10. Intellectual property

Natt, its logo, its interface and its code belong to us. You have a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the app. The data you enter remains yours; you allow us to process it to provide the service.

11. Availability and changes

Natt is provided free of charge, “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and reliable, without being able to guarantee it at all times. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, informing you where possible.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from commitments made between members, from payments made outside the app, from incorrect entries made by a manager, or from temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For significant changes, we will inform you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Natt after that date means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Senegal. Failing an amicable solution, the courts of Dakar have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules applicable in your country of residence.
